How to Make Safety Clothing Step by Step
Material Sourcing
Each project starts with material sourcing. We select the best fabric for developing your safety clothing. In this process, we inspect all the details to ensure that:
- There’re no stains, flaws & color differences in the fabric.
- The materials do not shrink or fade.
- The zippers are smooth & strong enough for lasting use.
- The size, color, and quality of all the accessories meet your expectations.

Fabric Cutting
Cutting is one of the most important steps in safety clothing making because this is where your ideal style comes out. With well-selected fabric in our hands, our makers will tailor your safety clothing according to your size & design needs. The automatic cutting machine ensures maximum precision in every size we make.

Safety Clothing Sewing
With the cutting step finished, your stylish safety wear is about to be born.
During this process, our skilled workers will put the garments on a series of machines to transform your pattern design and sew the accessories on them. Due to our knowledge of the characteristics of various fabrics and the skills of different craftsmanship, they can complete all designs perfectly.

Safety Clothing Seaming
To make a reflective clothing such as jackets or pants waterproof, we not only need waterproof fabrics but also rely on taped seams. Through the hot printing process, waterproof taping will be carefully and firmly placed over a stitched seam to make a taped seam. This will ensure that water doesn’t seep through the garment.

Safety Clothing Ironing
No one wishes to receive a piece of wrinkled safety clothing. Ironing makes the clothing neat and fashionable. Moreover, it can better represent your unique design and superior texture when your items are neatly pressed. Using a steam iron bed, ironing workers smooth down every corner of the clothes, by which we guarantee you receive ready-to-send safety clothes.

Final Inspection
Your safety clothing at this step is finished, and we conduct a careful inspection of each piece of safety clothing. From checking if there’re any flaws or pulls on the fabric & workmanship to whether the zippers/Velcro are good to go, we got you covered.
Our experienced workers will inspect each piece carefully, making sure its design, sizes and the rest meet your requirements.

Packaging & Delivery
To make sure our safety clothing arrives at the destination in perfect condition, we finally wrap your safety clothing delicately and put them on designated packaging one by one.
Lino Safety offers multiple packing options depending on the safety clothing and your budget.
